Wild Blooms Retreat at Bask: A Weekend of Rest, Creativity & Connection
This fall, Bask Retreat Center is honored to host the Wild Blooms Retreat with Kathryn Schwarz and Katie Wilson — a program designed to help women slow down, reconnect with themselves and step into their creativity with confidence and clarity.
From September 14 through December 7, 2025, Wild Blooms unfolds as a three-month online journey paired with a three-night in-person retreat at Bask, November 7–10. The experience combines practical tools, group support and time in nature to help women create space for rest, reflection and new inspiration.

What Wild Blooms Offers
Wild Blooms is for women who are ready to:
- Take a pause from constant doing and giving
- Recharge through rest and nature
- Explore new tools for self-trust and clarity
- Connect with other women in meaningful conversation
- Rediscover what feels energizing and inspiring
The program includes Human Design + Gene Keys teachings, practical tools for building self-trust and easing stress and personalized support from Kathryn and Katie. Online calls before and after the retreat create continuity, so participants have support both leading up to the weekend and as they return home.
A Quick Look at Human Design + Gene Keys
Both Human Design and Gene Keys are frameworks for self-discovery that can help people better understand how they work, make decisions, and express their natural creativity.
- Human Design combines insights from modern science and ancient wisdom traditions to create a personal “blueprint” of how your energy flows best. Many people use it as a tool to reduce stress and align their daily choices with their natural strengths.
- Gene Keys builds on Human Design, inviting reflection on your core talents, challenges and life themes. It encourages a slower, more contemplative approach to growth, helping you see patterns and possibilities in a new light.
At Wild Blooms, these tools are introduced in a practical, down-to-earth way — always with the intention of helping you feel more at ease in your own skin and more confident in your choices.

The Retreat at Bask
From November 7–10, participants will gather at Bask Retreat Center in Centerville, TN, surrounded by 42 acres of rolling hills, forests and streams. The retreat is designed to balance guided sessions with plenty of downtime for rest and reflection.
The weekend includes:
- Three nights in a newly built geodome or cozy room
- Nourishing meals prepared onsite
- Personalized Human Design + Gene Keys insights
- Group conversations on creativity, self-trust, and intuitive living
- A hands-on tea-making workshop with herbs from the land
- Optional practices like sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, nature walks, and stargazing
The focus is simple: step away from the rush of daily life, spend time in nature and reconnect with what matters most.
Why It Matters
Wild Blooms is about creating space — space to rest, to reflect and to grow. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s rare to step out of routines long enough to hear what’s stirring beneath the surface. This retreat offers that pause, along with supportive tools and a welcoming community to help carry the experience forward.
